You can distribute one inventory per room type to all of your extranets. When a reservation is made the inventory for that room type is updated on all sites.

Rates

Set up the same rates to go to all extranets or different rates to each. Updating is as easy as filling in a field and clicking save.

These are the rate discriptions and inclusions that show on the extranets. You can change them day by day in the same screen that you manage your inventory and rates.

Reservations

When you log in to the system, a list of arrivals are displayed. Clicking on the guest's confirmation number opens the reservation no matter where the reservation came from.
