iBex is the only solution that offers all the modules from one provider that are designed to fully interface with each other.
There is no capital outlay only a setup fee of $100 + GST ($200 + GST for CMS option) and an ongoing monthly lease dependent on the modules selected and the size of the property. Typical costs range from $70 + GST per month to $180 + GST per month.

iBex PMS has a powerful and unique feature known as Virtual Rooms which allows a room unit to be sold under multiple room types but without duplication of inventory. Examples include adjacent rooms with an adjoining door. Sell the rooms separately under one room type and the rooms together as say a family room. This can be done with instant confirmation and if one of the units is booked then the family room automatically is unavailable.
The fully hosted CMS is available at only $35 + GST additional to your iBex lease. Compare that to many CMS solutions selling for $3,000 and above. This low cost is achieved by predefined templates that a user can choose. Some customisation is available with these templates including extra pages if required. For more sophisticated CMS capability, we have several CMS partners that we work closely with and happy to recommend.
The Channel Manager currently connects to over 30 pre registered sales channels plus you can register your own agents or corporates. We will set up connections to your existing sales channels free of charge within one month of account activation. Thereafter, there is a $25 + GST setup fee for each sales channel connection performed by Seekom, however there is no charge if the user follows our self help instructions provided in our Knowledge Base.
There are no commission or transaction fees. The pricing includes unlimited bookings and unlimited sales channels. Other systems charge both fees and commission leading to commission creep.
Seekom provides free phone and email support during normal business hours but charges apply for support required outside business hours. Our technicians, however, are on call 24/7 for server outage. We operate a work request system that allows customers to enter faults, enhancement or support requests and they can track the progress of those requests.
